The only thing better than therapy is Group Therapy
Men’s, Women’s or Co-Ed Interpersonal Process Groups

Interpersonal process groups bring individuals with different lived experiences and challenges together to connect with others. These groups are as (if not more) effective as individual therapy for an array of symptoms and conditions such as depression, anxiety, grief, divorce, relational issues, self-esteem, life transitions among others.
Any issues involving shame, stigma, or feelings of isolation can often be better addressed in group therapy thanks to the stigma reduction and solidarity that people experience in the presence of others. It is an opportunity to be seen, heard, deeply felt and understood and to experience the healing of true intimacy. Discovering that you are not alone in your struggles reduces isolation and shame and creates space for self-exploration and healing. These groups are ongoing, and participants decide for themselves when they are ready to leave the group.
